Kevin Clark joined the SIU Foundation as director of development for Library Affairs in September 2018. His primary responsibility is the solicitation of major gifts for the Graduate School, Center for International Education, and Library System, which consists of Morris Library, the University Press and the University Museum. Kevin is also responsible for collaborating department and inter-college grant initiatives as well as executing special fundraising projects.
Kevin holds three degrees from SIU: Master of Science in Education, Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health. His past work includes development specialist for the Carbondale Women’s Center; community development specialist for SIU’s Center for Rural Health and Social Service Development; and serving on the marketing committee for the Southern Illinois Community Foundation.
Kevin serves on the City of Carbondale’s Preservation Commission and as trustee of Carbondale’s Township. He is very passionate about volunteering and providing administrative and programmatic support to area nonprofits. In Kevin’s free time, he enjoys reading, motorcycling and taking day trips throughout the region to discover new activities.
