Look out Houston, the Salukis are taking over!

This November, the city of Houston will officially become Saluki country. SIU alumni and friends of the university are encouraged to join the fun.

Chancellor Austin Lane is excited to host Houston-area Salukis at a complimentary reception from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at House of Blues – The Bronze Peacock Room (1204 Caroline St, Houston, TX 77002).

Join us for the Saluki Takeover Tour in Houston! Reconnect with fellow Salukis, hear from Chancellor Austin Lane, and enjoy a vibrant evening at the iconic House of Blues. Celebrate with complimentary appetizers and two drink tickets as we gather to support and celebrate SIU!

The event will be casual but business casual attire is suggested (and maroon is always a great choice).
