General Constituent Record Updates

To notify Advancement Services of general constituent record updates (address, phone, email, employment, etc.), please click here to submit an update request.

Deceasing

To notify Advancement Services of a death, email the following information to Deceasing@foundation.siu.edu:

• Decedent’s Full Name and (if known) Raiser's Edge ID
• Surviving Spouse’s Full Name and (if known) Raiser's Edge ID
• Date of Death (if available)
• Obituary information or other evidence of death

Advancement Services staff will complete and circulate a Deceasing Routing Form.

Divorcing

To notify Advancement Services of a divorce, email the following information to Divorcing@foundation.siu.edu:

• Divorcees’ Full Names and (if known) Raiser's Edge IDs
• Date of divorce (if available)
• Any available evidence of divorce

Advancement Services staff will complete and circulate a Divorcing Routing Form.

Duplicate Record Notification

To notify Advancement Services of a suspected duplicate record please email the following information to Duplicates@foundation.siu.edu:

• Both constituents' full names and (if known) Raiser's Edge IDs
• Supporting information for confirming the suspected duplicate.

Advancement Services staff will complete and circulate a Duplicate Record Notification Form.
